Ship production software.
Not slide decks.

Built like an internal team, priced like a partner

Three things that change how an engagement actually runs.

01

One senior team. No hand-offs.

The same senior designers and engineers stay on your account from kickoff to launch. Nobody gets swapped out partway through.

0hand-offs mid-project
02

Design and code in one sprint.

Design and engineering work the same week, so nothing gets lost in translation between two separate vendors.

1sprint, both disciplines
03

A working build every week.

You review something running every week, rather than a status deck once a month.

Everything you need to ship it properly

Three practices, one delivery team, no vendor juggling.

Marketing sites that convert

Fast, content-first websites built on a design system your team can actually maintain, from positioning through launch.

  • Brand-aligned design systems, built once, reused everywhere
  • Performance and SEO baked in from the first commit
  • CMS handoff so your team can ship copy changes alone
  • Analytics and conversion tracking from day one

From brief to launch in 3 steps

No procurement theatre. No six-week discovery phase before anyone writes code.

Teams that stopped guessing

What it's like on the other side of an engagement.

They embedded like an internal team but moved twice as fast. Six weeks in we had a production release our own roadmap had budgeted six months for.

The client portal alone saved us a standing weekly status meeting. Our execs check it themselves now.

Rare to find a partner equally strong in design and applied AI. We never had to translate between two vendors.

They handed over a codebase our team could actually own: documented, tested, and boring in the best way.

Notes on building and shipping

You asked, we answered

The short version: your team keeps making the calls. We keep the delivery simple.

Design, engineering, and a project lead assigned to your account for the full duration, plus portal access for your team. Nothing is subcontracted without telling you first.

The Dev Labs portal shows your team milestones, dates, and plain-language status rather than tickets and internal notes. We keep the detailed backlog on our side, so there is nothing for your team to configure or maintain.

Most website and app engagements ship a first working release in three to six weeks. Enterprise AI systems typically run eight to twelve weeks, depending on how quickly we get data access and clear compliance review.

Yes. Engagements can be fully outsourced or staffed alongside your own engineers, with the same portal giving both sides shared visibility.

Every engagement includes a support window after go-live. Longer-term plans can add an ongoing agreement covering monitoring, fixes, and iteration.

Dev Labs is based in Kolkata, India, and works with clients remotely across Europe and North America. Meetings run over video, and delivery is tracked in the client portal rather than in status calls.

You do. Code, designs, and infrastructure configuration are handed over at the end of the engagement, documented so your own team can maintain them without us.
