Cookie Policy
A short page, because there is not much to say: we use what signing in requires and nothing else. No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics, and no consent banner to dismiss.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a site stores on your device. Related technologies — local storage and session storage — do the same job through the browser rather than through a file. Everything below covers all of them.
What we use
Session and authentication.When you sign in to the client portal we set a session cookie that keeps you signed in as you move between pages, and our authentication provider stores a token in your browser. Choosing “Keep me logged in” is what decides whether that token survives closing the tab. Without these the portal cannot work — you would be signed out on every navigation.
Security. Our hosting and authentication providers may set short-lived items to prevent abuse, such as detecting automated sign-in attempts.
That is the whole list. The public pages — the landing page, blog, case studies and this page — set nothing at all until you sign in.
What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No third-party analytics or behavioural tracking on the public pages.
- No social media pixels.
- No cross-site profiling, and no sharing of this data with advertisers.
Everything we set is strictly necessary to deliver a service you asked for, which is why you are not asked for consent — that exemption is what a consent banner would otherwise be collecting.
Managing them
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and clear site storage, usually under privacy or site settings. You are free to block ours, but the client portal will not be able to keep you signed in if you do. Signing out clears the session immediately.
